NO. Delaware does not test..Tell me the last time a trainer had a positive at Dover or Harrington? If their was one it surely does not get posted. I mean you got Davis, Crissman. Lare and Green. Just hay and oats my ass! Berry comes here and is a super star..Can't go no where else with same results!
