There are guys who currently go to the OTB who bitch about the cost of a program while refusing to pay for one but will at the same time bet a track blind then bitch when the favorite runs out. 84zac.1

Yesterday I logged into the Scioto Downs site and was easily able to download a full program for both Friday and Saturday.  I normally buy from Trackmaster, but doubt that I play many races this weekend.
