Interesting Positives but this decision?

Interesting reading material on the ooops I got caught list.

But to be the trainer and to refuse to have a horse tested and you only get 90 days ?? Hell the horse is on the list for 180 days. Why wouldn’t you just tell this guy. Congrats you just retired from the business.

 Jason Walters for being trainer of record on the mare “TANZANITE LOVE” in the 8th race at Rosecroft Raceway on April 21, 2021 did willfully fail to make the mare "TANZANITE LOVE" available for blood test sampling; Failure to allow or cooperate in the taking of a sample, or any act or threat to impede, prevent, or otherwise interfere with the taking of a sample, constitutes a violation of the Commission`s laws and regulations and subjects the licensee to other sanctions. Jason Walters has been issued a $2,500 fine, training suspension of 90 days (4/26/2021-7/24/2021) and the mare "TANZANITE LOVE" shall be placed on the steward`s list for 180 days (4/26/2021-10/22/2021). During this suspension, he and all horses trained by him are barred from the grounds, under the jurisdiction of the Maryland Racing Commission. Any transfer of horses during this suspension must be approved by the Judges at Rosecroft Raceway or MRC. COMAR: 09.10.03.10 (P)(Q)

Forget about who ever his name is but ended horses career 180 days without racing hate to see what that horse looks like without making any money
