Pompano .. Tuesday 4/27

Really nice card tonight.

My old friend Ivar Hangstrom has a couple with good shots.

I expect Deters' Burn Notice to win tonight.

Need a dart board to pick the winners so far. $100K guarantee on Sunday’s Pk6.

Correction: $100K on Pk5, tho Pk6 also has a modest carryover.  In any event, a smart betting opportunity.

In all the previous years at Ppk combined, a total of 7 nights of $1M+ handles.  This year alone: 20.

INGRAHAM GETTING BILLS PAID
Was a long, long winter for the Ingraham clan.  Need some $$ to get back to Maine.

Iron hands wallis can't get one to go unless he's slashing away will full arm swings the last half. I fucking hate to see that. He needs to be driving a dump truck or pumping gas.

Well, he's a solid 3rd in the driver standings this meet.  And my notes reflect his ROI is better for the year than Hennessy or Miller.

He gets drives most races.

I don't think he's that awful.

Calhoun, for many years hes been in the top 3 at pompano. What i don't like is the way he gets it done. I know a lot of people are fine with the nonstop whipping but i don't like it. He does it on every single one he steers. I have no problem with putting my whip on a bad actor, but christ, if they don't respond after a couple hits they aint gonna respond at all. You're just going to sour them

Surely your not too sharp to criticize Wallis like that.  He has been driving hundreds of winners every year to the tune of almost 11,000 lifetime victories, a club that not too many belong to.  Savy trainers know he produces extreme speed on a horse and keeps them alive better than most using whatever means he deems necessary!  And,  I don't think you would be crowing on this 2 bit forum if your net worth were close to his! 11.wp 11.wp 11.wp
