Vernon could open with a 5% capacity restriction and have the room to break attendance records. Same for all NY tracks.

Don't be too hard on Vernon.... they do a nice crowd on summer Saturday nights with a great atmosphere. It certainly is no Monticello with multiple food/drink choices and cheap hotel on site.

Hey, Kentucky. Vernon is the track I have visited most over the past 10 years or so. I have seen the best trotters the country had to offer up close. Great stuff for a trotting fan like me.
