Thought the Meadows advertised free programs when they re opened but it fell by the wayside pretty quick.

phha has nothing to do with Meadows. This is new and Philly not open. Maybe the same new concept will continue there.

Yes but they raised the takeout on the tri's from 35 percent to 70 percent so it evens out.
