well, he was never top tier in Toronto  and that was a very , very long time ago
brown, condren waples were the top
was racing in British Columbia so guess he just headed down the coast
just fired everything to the front
 if he and reg gassien were in the same race watch out

This guy is a total clown butcher.   Was never much in Ontario, proved his lack of ability both in Florida and in the west when exposed at Fraser.   There has never been a worse driver at cal expo and thats hard company to be the worst.

Tony was great on fallin down ill gaited nags. Drove with no fear just keep hustlin them to the front. Also helped when he drove for Berkeley for many years.
