The reason this is important is there should be a way for the betting public to know when a driver is driving a different horse in a race against a family horse.Their relationship should be noted in the program for full disclosure to the public especially if the driver is driving a chalk against a horse trained by their significant other.Smolin drove a Phillips chalk and set up the race for Josh Sutton at 17-1 on a horse listed in the name of his baby's momma and trained by his mother. So this shit does happen.
