Mohawk is not closing. Woodbine might close as it in a region where stringent restrictions are being imposed.

There has been no mention of Mohawk that I'm aware of but Milton region is considered Halton and I think they are not included in this round of lockdowns but they could be next round because their numbers are rising.

Saw a note that the harness races will still go but the threads shut down after weekend.  Seems like the Woodbine CEO is corrupt as well as the story did not mention one thing about a jockey or ten testing positive.  So sorry Mr Jim, your safety stuff didn't work if a person got the virus.  Another CEO who has a job to not be honest with people.

Its not a bubble lmao. If someone at the track tested positive, I'm thinking they contracted it elsewhere.

Woodbine thoroughbreds season is over after today's races so they lose the last 12 days of their season. Mohawk will still run unless the Government decides Halton will be part of next week's announcement.

What will happen with the $117,062.64 carryover from the Thoroughbred Jackpot Hi-5 that wasn't paid out when the balance of the program was cancelled?
