according to a new ruling AGCO. is suspending him for 5 days..the Director to determine when that starts....not sure what that means....is the indefinite suspension still in effect or can he now race until the days are announced?

The indefinite suspension is for his 4th whipping violation in a year.
It's likely that the gullible Horse Racing Appeal Panel will grant a stay and it will be business as normal.
