How did he do this to the horse?  Prerace? didnt put protective gear on the horse he knew it neeeded?

"Yes he purposely didn't put on knee, tendon and pastern boots on the poor horse because he thought Perrin was gonna claim the horse from him. What's amazing to me is Morgan has made a great living in this business by claiming many horses from others but I guess in his mind, others shouldn't claim from him or he'll get them back. Very sad that he's that petty to take it out on an innocent horse. There could have also been serious ramifications if that horse had stumbled or fallen after hitting himself and piled up a field, putting his driver and the rest of the drivers and horses in jeopardy. A guy like this shouldn't be in the business with this kind of ignorant behavior and my source on this has said he's done it before.  It's time this guy gets exposed for what he truly is and his owners should think twice if they're still going to have dealings with him
