Kudos to Gov. Wolf. The 50 people on the apron at The Meadows for racing are a much bigger threat to spread COVID-19 than the 1500 people indoors at the casino.  Makes perfect sense to me and all my Anti-Trump dumborcrate buddies.

I WOULD WAGER THAT THE CASINO IS SET UP IN A WAY THAT SOCIAL DISTANCING WOULD SEPERATE THE MASSES, WHILE INSIDE THE TRACK... PEOPLE LEANING ON THE RAIL... SCREAMING AT Paloan AND HIS LATEST ESCAPADES HURLING  POTENTIAL VIRUS DROPLETS THRU THE AIR, NEVER KNEW DAVE WAS SO POPULAR... EVERY ONE WAS TELLING HIM HE WAS #1 ON THEIR LIST WITH 1 FINGER POINTED INTO THE AIR, HOPING HE WOULD CATCH COVID

Wonder if the state and the casino really want racing? DAH, NO! They also banned smoking in the casino after 8am this morning. Should ban it anywhere near the race book, if they ever reopen. LOL

Lot more test dumb fucks. Obviously there will be in increase in cases. COVID 19 will never go away. Life has to go on as normal. A vaccine won’t fix it. You get it or you don’t. Stay inside if you’re scared.

Yep, they're tipping over in the streets everywhere. Can't drive down the street without dead bodies blocking traffic.. ngc3 ngc3
It's the FUCKING FLU. DEAL WITH IT. You get sick go to a doctor. Take Trumps medicine and get better. The people with immune systems are the ones who should be staying home. The recovery rate is pretty high............. ......OVER 99% I'm told. Yep the SKY IS FALLING.  ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

Look at the three states that have big increases since May. AZ, TX, and Fl. Places where it's either 108 or high 90's with high humidity. People that are indoors out of the heat going or staying in ventilated areas with AC. I think we don't know the spread of this virus inside that created big problems early on with the elderly in homes. Kids didn't get it because schools closed quickly. What we have know are the younger generation out and about going on living, bars, parties, and hanging at malls. With summer starting weeks ago and temps ranging higher cases up in 40 states now. Keeping casinos open and people inside doesn't make sense. I think the other issue to go with ventilation that the mask DON'T work unless it's the N95 mask. The other mask and bandanas don't help keep the micro particles entering through the mask.

horses you hit it right. the masks we are asked to wear only help us from spreading our germs. only the medical n95 will protect the user from germs or the virus. its becoming reality that the virus is spread inside, where people are in close contact, with bad air circulation. i know our industry needs the casinos but really only the tracks should be open with any public pretty much banned from being inside. the apron with a mask should be fine. casinos are like flying in a plane.

overall harness racing has done a good job since coming back
most people understand and remember how bad financially it was with no racing
