how many horses he listed as trainer -- that he has never even touched ?

Not that I have a problem with it. But if a horse is stabled in Ohio or Indiana, Is he the trainer or the manager of the horse ? The trainer responsibility rule just seems gray.

clearly has a number of assistant trainers sprinkled around all these tracks
impossible for him to know details on horses outside of home base

Is it a coincidence that his horse's has tailed off a bit since the drug scandal?

I honestly don't know what his secret is. Special yogurt or something else. But I will say the guy truly works his ass off and can name every horse in his stable, their training schedule, what conditions they need to be in and more from memory

First up I watched a show that was about him and like you said he knew at least 40 horses that were racing that day and knew the post and track...also hes from my area and someone showed me a pic of his office and he has 5 TVs and 2 computers so he can watch them race and set up their schedule...dont know what he does with the horses but he does work his ass off.

As long as state commissions allow him to get away with using glaucine, oxycontin, and any other illegal substance, on horses.

Interestingly, I have seen a tail off on the performance of many of his horses. Many were betting favorites too. It could easily be that COVID rules have changed the way he can run his stables

Yeah Burke sucks lately  ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

He brought over 6 horses from UK ..  In approx. 25 starts since they started including qualifiers they have lost 4 times.  3 times 2nd and one 3rd.  Yeah they raced against cheap horses for the most part because of the crap purses in GB and Ireland but the results speak for themselves.

Two weeks ago Backstreet Shadow was one of the biggest overlays ever in the Roll With Joe.  Atlanta just missed by a whisker in her first start against Manchego.

Some of the others are a bit slow to get into form,  mostly the older ones who are past their prime … So what?
