I recall after arriving at Takters barn, he would let him relax and come home on his own. Built tremendous confidence as each race showed marked improvement over the last. He had him peaking when it counted. World class job.

  Kinda early to tell on this one...it's one race.  Contrary to what some say on here, including dead guys, some take a little longer to shine than others.  This nonsense of getting rid of them if they don't show early, is misguided horsemanship.

It is too early to tell what this horse will end up as but it's doubtful he'll be like big brother.  Maybe he should be with that trainer ..  not a pacing specialist.  Not that Alagna never had a good trotter.. he's just not as good as the French Canadians or Swedes IMO.

most overpriced overtated trainer there is so i dont give a damn about "lasting " there
ill let you and your ego care about that stuff

my current 6 trainers would train circles around him

and i have people calling me from around the world asking my opinion on horses
some of the greatest to ever do this
