Pig, Saratoga is opening up on June 7th..purses will be 25%-30% less, probably the latter. I know a lot of horsemen personally, and these guys will gladly sign up for this decrease at this time..I think all horsemen would sign up for that decrease, at this point

agree they would like to race for 30% less purse money . but how about 90% if no slot welfare?
