East Rutherford, NJ — Be advised that any horse that was being trained by a trainer named in the recent Federal indictments at the time those indictments were handed down will not be accepted to race at The Meadowlands, Tioga or Vernon Downs in overnights or stakes for 60 days from the date that the tracks reopen for live racing.

This should be a rule for all Tier 1 positives and enforced by all states...…

The old system of days and paper trainers hasn't worked for decades. You want change -- then the owners who knowingly are employing the chemists should also be held accountable.... Maybe a couple of guys will think twice.

I think the shit will hit the fan if he tries to protect certain owners and stables. He advertised it in all the horse publications. Horses banned for 60 days after the track reopens, sorry for their luck, let the buyer beware

Is there a record of horses that were trained by the indicted trainers? Who is keeping track of the 2 year olds and 3 yearolds who were readying for their 2020 campaigns. Where is the list of horses?
