OAKES, CHRISTOPHER W WILKES BARRE, PA YOB 1964   PHL on 7/19/2017 FINED: $3,000 HORSE DISQUALIFIED - PLACED 7, PURSE REDISTRIBUTION   POSITIVE TEST- POST RACE

collected on 7/19/2017 from the horse Tell Us More tested positive for Dexamethasone. Chris Oakes stable is in violation of PHRC medication rules and the trainer responsibility rule. Mitigating factors were considered when determining the penalty. (Hunter Oakes was the programmed trainer in the Chris Oakes stable.) All purse money earned on 7/19/2017 must be returned within 10 days of ruling and redistributed.

PA Code 58- 183.352 183.355 183.357 183.361 Mr. Surick was the trainer
of the horse SWEET TALKIN SATIN for the 6th race on 6/24/2018 at
Harrah`s Philadelphia. Blood samples taken (post race) from SWEET
TALKIN SATIN were tested & found to contain dexamethasone. A split
sample was tested at Industrial Laboratories & the presence of
dexamethasone was confirmed. As the trainer, Mr. Surick is responsible for
the positive test. SWEET TALKIN SATIN is disqualified & all purse money
earned by SWEET TALKIN SATIN on 6/24/2018 must be returned. Mr.
Surick (2nd positive within 365 days) is fined $1,500 (fines are due within 10
days of ruling) & issued a fifteen (15) day full suspension (9/17/2018 up to &
including 10/1/2018). During the time of the suspension all horses owned
&/or trainer by Mr. Surick shall also stand suspended unless transferred to
an owner/trainer in good standing. All of Mr. Surick`s transfers must be
approved by the PHRC Judges at Harrah`s Philadelphia or the PHRC.
Status as of 9/12/2018 - Appeal - The request by Nicholas K. Surick for
an appeal of Harrah's Philadelphia Board of Judges Ruling No.
18109CD is hereby GRANTED. The Supersedes is also GRANTED

This is inviolation of the Pennsylvania medication rules. Mr. Poliseno is fined $1000.00 and there is aloss of the purse($7000.00). Mr. Poliseno has waived his right to an appeal and or a hearing.PHLon 8/30/2018FINED: $2,000HORSE DISQUALIFIED - PLACED 8, PURSEREDISTRIBUTI ONPOSITIVE TEST- POST RACEPA Code 58- 183.352 183.355 183.357 183.361 Mr.Poliseno was the trainer of the horse P LHERCULES for the 8th race on August 30, 2018 at Harrah`s Philadelphia. Blood samplestaken(post race) from P L HERCULES were tested and found to contain Dexamethasone andTriamcinolone Acetonide. As the trainer, Mr. Poliseno is responsible for the positive tests. P LHERCULES is disqualified and all purse money earned from the 8th race on 8/30/2018 mustbe returned (within ten days of ruling). Mr. Poliseno is fined $2,000 (fine has been paid).

Yes, Imagine that and Revington swept it under the rug.. The FBI needs to finish what they started and start looking at the racing commission members that have been supporting these trainers
