This suspended sick clown, and his very suspicious .450++.avg. dont get sat down until feb 17.....what kind of ruling body allows for more racing until a conviction kicks in?. Nothing to do with appeal..AGCO shame!!!

This character has got horses in all this week..most will be at short money.  Travis Henry, his reg driver should DO RIGHT THING and beg off ALL of his mounts until his april reinstatement.  Yes it would be the 'stupid $$' thing but the right and COURAGEOUS thing to do.

Suspension should have started immediately after the incident, you either beat the horse or not

fyi..

Bourgeault..
had a winner last night at WF..chalk from rail for Henry..Bourgealt's suspension 'scheduled' to start feb 17 (who the hell knows why original agco proclamation gave this guy additional week plus racing hen you consider his violation in question weeks back. Will there be appeal effective feb 17, stay tuned.
As well, his agco suspension is now listed in fines suspensions archives (feb.)

Basilone...more of a fascination with how a known new york state cheat is doing up in canada..want to know if its tough on her..making any 'friends'..dont know her wouldnt know her.
Last night at WF, she and her .115 avg. had one of her u.s. stock claimed off her for 8500 (sos justified by francois morin) - i think thats first one she lost at the box...other horse, a 5 yr old mare, was bottom of 6 horse race super.
Im sure flam and wf horsemen are watching her very carefully..and like i said before, shes now got plenty of starts into her stable, and the horses are comparable to others in each of the fields..if capable drivers st louis and ryan want to get her some $$$, shes now had her invader 'ass kicked enough' in month and a half shes been racing..she SHOULD start hitting board with more regularity next few weeks, before potential return stateside.

I remember on a thread away back about Monticello and some had mentioned about how great Basilone looked. I was in the paddock last week and saw her and guys get your eyes checked. Another thing is her grooms basically get the horse ready and she stands around watching and looking like she is doing a final check. I have to agree she is just a beard for others and when the juice comes in she wins.

Stan, who claims a horse days before you go on suspension

The living breathing heartbeating animal Sos Justified DESERVES better than have new trainer like this...a suspended (appeal potentially???) trainer for a cruelty charge SHOULD NOT LEGALLY BE ALLOWED ANYWHERE NEAR CLAIMING BOX -- AGCO, are you reading this?????
