Here s part of an email I received.

XpressBet modified the sign on process to make it more secure.
Unfortunately, a consequence to this change is it adds one extra layer to the log in process and you will have to key your Username and Password the first time you log in to 1/ST. Please note - your log in credentials have not changed.
