QUESTION.....One thing that hasn't been clarified here is how Blum gave people "unfair starts".   You line up behind the gate and it speeds up and then it releases.  What was the gripe?  What did he do to hurt the start of certain horses without affecting the entire field behind the gate?  Maybe this has been addressed but will some please explain to me in a nutshell what happened with regards to the unfair part.

 Can someone with intelligence please tell me why owners send horses to trainers that have violated the rules in one way or another, been fined or suspended keeping giving horses to clowns like Oaks and Surick among along with many others?  Owners who willingly give horses to these guys knowing their background, should be penalized as well when an infraction occurs.
