But accordinnaly: Only 1/3 of CHALKS actually WIN accordin to STATS.

Track was barely bet able early on, now totally untrustworthy.  There will be a lot of thievery the rest of the way.  I am done with them already.  The Meadows is looking playable now that Roger is gone.
