Otherwise he won't be issued any license anywhere in the US or Canada.

Any reinstatement depends on full payment to Jason Brewer for that unprovoked, viscous assault Johnny lais on Jason.

JOHN ROBERTS HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM USTA LISTING SO I GUESS HE DIDN'T GET HIS LICENSE
