Regardless of the odds, the driver has to make the right decision! Maybe the horse just didn't feel right, maybe he was on a line! Or maybe the trainer told him the horse didn't like first over or he didn't warm up good! You'll never know but to say Miller stiffed him is totally unfounded and highly unlikely!
