You are right Ed.  Look through the results and see how many horses that hit the board are Maine owned, trained, or driven

yes maine supports plainridge. some ship down a few rats but mostly the maine horses and drivers do well there.without maine based horses there would be very few horses or drivers there.

my point is the horses that ship to Plainridge from Maine on Mondays are non competitive and can’t even keep up

i am well aware that many of the owners, trainers and drivers are from Maine
