Tax E Cigs... BRILLIANT !!  $1 per pack of Butts... BRILLIANT !!!  Raise the car registration cost for electric cars... BRILLIANT !!! And...put gambling in every damn place but churches... FUCKING BRILLIANT !!!!  This will raise more money than they will know how to spend.  PLUS... increasing the licenses on all of the gambling spots? ... I’d be proud to have this dude as my Gov !!  Cudos for having a set of balls bigger than the new track you’ll have built, sir !!
