Driver Tyler Shehan was breathalyzer tested prior to the 9th race on Friday, June 14th, 2019 and was found to have a .016 percent blood alcohol level. Driver Tyler Shehan is hereby fined $100 as directed by Illinois Racing Board Rule #508.40 for the first violation of Illinois Racing Board Rule #508.30.
