Dear horsemen...

Any guesses how many trainers, at all north american harness tracks, have this 'bag of tricks' in their possession or that of their asst.??
Is it more than half?

And if not in the stall..where would one find it?
One's pick up truck? One's horse trailer? or at home operation?

Any insight pls. share..

And as far as suggestion that perhaps only 45 days because one may have 'ratted out' another...
How often does backstretch ratting out happen?

Does he have to apply for a new license at the end of the 45 days? They probably will deny him and he will be done for a long time.

Oh because they need their horses to make a card Look at some of there Couldn't win a race anywhere until they came here Now their horses are like world beaters until they go to another track and can't win a fucken race
