JOHN FRANK ARMY gonna put a end to this. Been bettin for 34 years. Started out readin all books before I ever made a wager.
The call was right. Everyone complains that STEWARDS did not have INQUIRY.
In me years. And I've bet millions of races. The jock after finisin crossin line raises his whip. He tellin I'M voicing a opjection. 1,000 times they right and corrected. STEWARDS believe and say JOCK is RIGHT. NOUGH SAID.

Agree!! 100% right call.
May we all see the day Harness Racing becomes Honest, Fun and enjoyable again!

AND they gave jockey 15 days LMAO!!!!! ngc3

Nothing more than a CYA move.  (John Frank Army can explain that for anyone on this worthless forum wondering about that abbreviation.)   15 days would imply that there was some intent on the part of Saez to fuck somebody.   No way.

The sad news is that having dealt with dozens of panels of Stewards over the years, I cannot say that a single one was sufficiently competent and objective to do service to the industry.  Can you imagine a panel consisting of Lice Man, Slim Shitty and Hammer Head?  Until next time, darlings......... .......HEIL HITLER!!

This is a royal screwing Kentucky is giving these connections in more ways than one .. I watched another replay of the entire race the other day and the replay paid particular attention to the first turn of the DERBY. If people think that Max. Security impeded horses around the final turn  ; that first turn I counted FIVE horses that could have been DQ'd . In my eyes a foul is a foul ... for years all you ever heard is about the cavalry charge to the first turn and this is " part of racing".. OK   fine but you can't call part of the race one way and look the other way at the beginning of the race..
Also, it is no secret that Servis 's recent success the last few years has not been favorable to the more " traditional " horse people . Servis 's connection at Monmouth has always been looked upon as him being "mobbed up " and anytime you see anybody connected to NY/NJ the hillbillies down south think one thing ..MAFIA
Lastly..   I understand Saez cannot ride in the Belmont Stakes as well .. maybe my math is wrong but 15 days  should bring the suspension ending May 29.. why screw the jock an opportunity to win some of the money he got jobbed out of the DERBY

THIS ISN'T RIGHT !!!!

Depends on jurisdiction. But,Me thinks is. Jocks schedualed to ride STAKES mounts can ride those mounts. If they listed, they can ride.
