QUIT CRYIN CUZ IT AINT GONNA HAPPEN. WAS GOOD AND GOT WORSE WITH TIME. EVERY GOOD "IDEA" FALLS ON DEAF EARS OR FOLKS THAT STAND TO LOSE A PAYCHECK IF THE "CLEANUP" OCCURS.
FANS HAVE SPOKEN WITH WALLETS AND FEET...WHEREVER THERE IS A BUCK TO BE MADE, THERE WILL BE CHEATS. WE JUST CIRCLING THE DRAIN.
WONT BE NO CLEANUP

what if, after a race, the horse that wins has to go into an area and the judges do some testing to see if the horse had extra vitamins or special feed. then if they find out there was some funny business - the trainer, the driver and the owner get a real harsh talking to. something like this should get everybody actin' right
