I over heard a conversation at the 3 card poker table at Tioga. A guy said he spoke to Mr Gural about why alcohol isn't served for free at the tables and he was told the reason is it isn't moral.
I guess the moral issue goes out the window when the workers make $15,000 less than the state average. It's not an issue when hiring trainers either.
