I was under the impression he was NOT. He has Race me Rocky from the rail in the race with Wally and Hurricane.

Mark voluntarily said he would not drive when Wally was driving after he was questioned. Never was a ruling by any judge. If he has to worry about the odds board, and he is not allowed to beat Wally when Wally has a favorite and he is driving a longer priced horse, he would rather not drive. Evidently if his horse went off at lower odds no one would have raised an eyebrow.

I know when he was driving at plainridge..... almost every race he was in was compromised to some degree and you could tell by the exacta boards....I don't believe he is welcomed at plainridge as I know other drivers who basically know he was involved in race fixing calling for "sparky" to make a move and he would pull and race shotgun.....I had a horse morning line favorite of 8/5 and he did everything he did that day to get him beat........my trainer Lafreniere took him off the horse and had heated conversation ......has not shown up in awhile.....a real crook
