hawthorne is ready for gambling. Balmoral infrastructure was updated and ready also just didn't happen cause jj couldn't wait it out cause hes a crook. if approved it will not be long before up and running at some venues

What about maywood getting up a running any news on that then i dont think i see them building a brand new track a Balmoral s now equestrian full time and race surace is gone doubtful they would sell to someone since they made money as equestrian

I hear they have lost a lot of money as equestrian and been very quiet lately. heavy improvements started and have now slowed. the only money they make now is storing cars in parking lot for new car dealers. i hear it would not be impossible to get license back, the track surface sucked and needed to be redone anyway. barns roofs have been updated which were in very bad shape. to me it was a brilliant plan to get the place out of JJ's slum lord ownership

I loved the location as well as the golf course across the street

What about the owner of Balmoral could run equestrian in the off season and have harness the other part of the year that way he'd make box cars of. Cash !!!!! With slots a table games if place is redone already the only need is area for slots and
