I wish more states would get exchange wagering. Does anybody live in NJ and wager on it?

I saw some graphics a few months back on TVG showing 40k being bet per race on the exchange and I believe this money isn't included in the in the tracks nightly handle, granted the %/takeout is low.

40k isnt the amount bet it's the maximum liability of those booking...there maybe only 1k bet at 40-1 odds.
