find a trainer that will go in partners with ya. Make sure they have a stake in the horse..... less screwing.... Although lube is still suggested.

Gather up a pile of hundos.

Set fire to them.

Repeat until you learn.

Buy a decent hat.  If you wanna be somebody, you gotta look like somebody.  Then, intervu no less than 5 trainers.  Resist the urge to go with the lowest daily training price.  See if the trainer will partner so you can get into a $10 > $20K claimer instead of a $5K claimer that will force you to get your jollies by breaking even.     Keep good records so you're not pretending to be making a profit when you're really losing your sweet ass.   Take your friends to the track so they can see you're a horse owner.  Sell the horse.  Finally, get a second job to pay off all your losses.

Find yourself a old age cougar with a lot of money from her three X husbands. Once you establish the bedroom rules then it's off to the yearling sales. About the only win win situation then robbing a bank or getting kicked in the dick multiple times. Just grab a batch of the 80 yr old snatch.
