Kavanaugh gave horse a milk shake

 An anonymous source tells me Brett Kavanaugh tried to rig a harness race by giving a horse a milkshake. He was secretly taped by Rod Rosenstein doing the act. And Rosenstein has been holding back the tape for a bombshell revelation before Kavanaugh becomes a supreme court justice to save his job post mid term elections

Back in the 90's he gave me an envelope containing $500 dollars to go dead in a race.
 I cant remember what day, track or race, but he did it, I swear on my mothers grave.

Why didn't he just say he used to drink too much as a teenager, doesn't remember, apologize and move on?
