 An anonymous source tells me Brett Kavanaugh tried to rig a harness race by giving a horse a milkshake. He was secretly taped by Rod Rosenstein doing the act. And Rosenstein has been holding back the tape for a bombshell revelation before Kavanaugh becomes a supreme court justice to save his job post mid term elections
