So they post his Cobalt positive but let him race.

He had 4 horses in last night with 2 winners one second and one off the board (Sintra).

How can any Racing Board defend not protecting the public from this cheater?

All his horses should have been scratched and tested clean before allowed to race again.

No matter where you race or where you bet there is absolutely no protection against these criminals.

Some guys know how to fix the system in their favor.

Oosting has 6 or 7 DUI arrests listed on his record but has somehow managed to only get convicted 3 times.

Yet even with 3 convictions he managed to get off basically scott free.

Nobody I know of or been told about has ever gotten off as easy as Oosting. Why? Lawyer? Crooked judges?

Just now his only entry at Woodbine wins the 5th race Grassroots going away at 5/2.

How do you smile in the winners circle when you know your trainer got caught using Cobalt?

Instead of backing off and laying low until his positive is adjudicated Menary is on a money grab till he gets suspended.

erythropoietin is found in the body too. Excess cobalt can cause organ failure. So, they're trading off the possible performing enhancing effects (unproven) for organ damage.

Colbalt is a TRACE mineral , these guys are using massive doses to cause a rush of red blood cells. And yes there have been horses die from getting Overdosed with it and it is not a good death!!

To start with its a heavy metal and the body of a human or a equine athlete overtime...it can't be be broken down. At that point it accumulates in the body and that's why organs start to fail or death. It's disgusting this shit is still being used, when most places have a test for it. Maybe these guys should mix it in with there jack and coke for a couple months and see how they feel.

Judges gave Menary 7 days to come back with an explanation for the cobalt overage.  That would be by Saturday August 25th.
