And here I though THAT'S exactly what IS happening. At least at the tracks that have a backside. Most of the people living on track backstretches are illegals. AND there are always a lot of kids running around. Watch the school buses in the morning and afternoons pick up kids from the Arlington Park barn areas and tell me how many are illegals. I'm SURE Hawthorne has the same thing going on.
