The owners lost ??  Lost what ?? an investment  !!!..when you buy a horse its a gamble isnt it ?? I feel a little sorry for the owners,,trainers..BUT IM SICK TO KNOW ALL THOSE POOR HORSES DIED..MAKING OWNERS AND TRAINERS MONEY..THE OWNER WILL JUST WRITE IT OFF AS A TAX WRITE OFF AND BUY THE TRAINER MORE HORSES..ID RATHER DONATE MONEY AND BUY FROM THE AMISH WHO ARE ABOUT TO SEND HORSES TO BE KILLED...NOW..IF A HUMAN LOST THIER LIFE TRYING TO SAVE THE HORSES THEN ID SAY MAKE A FUND TO HELP THEIR FAMILY..
