Vernon Downs and the USTA have a $2500 guaranteed pool on tomorrow's pick 4. Sounds great BUT it's 4 Empire Breeders Classic elimination races and the participants aren't all racing to win. Some just want to make the finals. Definitely NOT a good play to bet on.

elimination races are really qualifiers,and should not be wagering
