What happened to JB Campbell and Mike Hennessy (Century Downs)

Horse Racing Alberta ruling from awhile back states Mike Hennessy denied access to any track, anyone know what happened?

How come Brandon Campbell isn't driving at Century Downs?

Campbell was suspended for a positive last I saw....not sure if he still is
