I still don't understand why if he was betting 7-8 exacta big he didn't reverse it some. 8-7 paid decent

I at no time thought the 8 had a chance to win. As I said earlier I only used him because he was being bet but not for any reason I could see on the program. The 7 was hands down the best horse and would have won this race if driven correctly. Also, I have never seen D. Miller do anything like this before. I was shocked as I watched this happen with him in the bike!!
