As a gambler it feels like a guessing game.   After racing it is easy to see who cheated but prior to racing how can we know?

To some extent, every horse in the race has been pre-raced. It comes down to who has the best juice. This is not an opinion, it`s a fact!

Look for the big “D” after the horses name. Seriously if you race clean you’re either wealthy, a moron or like finishing 6th.

They all in some form and way are “preraced” some more then others .. most all have baking soda in them plus bleeder breather shot sometimes also something to block their throat .. and depending on lameness a pain shot ... prerace doesn’t always work on horses some actually have class .. some have foot issues and one week are up the track and the next run off the screen depending on if the abscess blew out .. look for high percentage trainers if you’re looking to gamble most of them have their horses on point .. when looking to cash on young horses and nw1 horses look to watch their qualifiers if they have replays or if you’re a consistent gambler at one track goto qualifiers in the morning and night and pay attention to the horse and driver to notice if they’re “just getting around there” or all out in a qualifier .. plus if at the track watch all the horses warm up it really does help .. some guys might be jogging 2 laps and others turn a slow mile and brush them on the end of it .. it’s not just based on prerace

I remember back in the 80's I saw the Stewart going through the Paddock checking tatos before the races. After they checked
his lip and moved on I saw him reach under the blanket with a syringe and hit the horse., He had a guy stand in front of the horse while
he hit him. It was a trotter and took a new life time mark. If I remember right he was a longshot and got bet down to third favorite.

'MOST ALL HAVE BAKING SODA IN THEM" IS A STRETCH.... AS WELL AS KNOWING HOW THAY ARE GOING TO RACE BY WATCHING A WARM-UP...THIS ONLY WORKS IF THE HORSE IS AN ALREADY KNOWN COMMODITY AROUND THE TRACK...VERY TOUGH TO GET A PRICE ON A HORSE THAT WARMS UP LIKE A CHAMP...PEOPLE KNOW IF GREEN LIGHT IS LIT. AND.....SOME WARM UP LIKE ALBATROSS AND PUSSY OUT BEHIND THE GATE AS WELL....

A couple of simple guidelines may help.

  1. If the trainer is based in either Illinois, or Pennsylvania
  2. if the horse is owned by Jeff Gural

    Sincerely. Silent One
