Jim Kennedy

I was saddened to hear that jim passed away awhile back.Worked for jim back in the eighties at pompano park and at brandywine raceway.Jim was a straight shooter that raced his horses on hay and oats.Had some nice horses with the likes of shannon supreme,mr sea,rockney lobell.

Jim was a great guy!

Only had Rockne Lobell for a short time

I owned him

Sent to New Zealand for stud duty

They love big red Neros back then

Rockne lobell was a nero and was a nice horse.I believe he run second to run the table in a overnite race.Run the table was getting ready for the battle of brandywine.Thats funny because on the other side of the barn in brandywine was jim crane who i believe had nero.

I worked for Jim when he had rockne lobell.A old guy named charlie looked after him.I cashed some nice tickets off him.Jim crane had some nice young horses.Brandywine was a great place.Air condition tack rooms.

I worked for jim for almost a year.Pompano meet and four mths at brandywine.His second trainer at that time was a older man named  jim rousel.I dont no if the spelling of the last name is correct.
