Don't you guys get it? its called life. He has made about 750 k for about 15 yrs. His  condo worth about 750 to 1 million depending on market is fully paid.  So now he will make 400 k to 500 k..  He is getting older and wants to enjoy life. DONT WE ALL WISH WE HAD THAT CHOICE IN LIFE. HE Loves gulf and loves to go out and have a good time. He  has women falling all over themselves to be with him... He is in fantastic shape. More power to him
