Some of the biggest all time crooks were there,Terry Buter,Kim Pluta,Dave Seabright,Rob and Don Harmon,Don Currier Jr,even some dead guys like the bookie Stash,the GM Chic Young,Mugsy,and to many others to mention,another track that the cheaters ruined,and most will blame the Casino,when the casino had nothing to do with there downfall,TRAVESTY!!

None of the older Wrenns   showed up.  Its understandable... .they never showed up in most of the races they were in at Jackson

 Was a real nice day for a dozen contests, seeing some old friends.  Props to James Witherite for some great race calls and awesome as usual on the call to post with the bugle. Lots of cheers from the large crowd and some tears as everyone in attendance joined in on the "Here they come" for the start of the final race on the storied old fairgrounds.  Have a lot of great memories of the place, sad to see another track make the curtain call and end racing

The Jackson finale was fine   horsemen moved out of state is one reason for the closings of tracks and government never gives up assistance im glad I got out in 1996 but don't fault anyone who stayed

Some track should hire the person who put this thing together.   Got a crap load of people out to a track with no organized gambling involved.  Could be the publicity director that many tracks desperately need.
