Madoff is NOT involved in harness racing, nor does he enjoy SPECIAL privileges from gural, the beacon of honest and transparent harness racing. Hard to compare Madoff to Old Man Bongiorno.

Depends how far the bankruptcy case has gone, the funds earned might be put in protectorship to distribute to the debtor class.

please remember all these investors have been getting paid on there original put up money . Say trond gave Bobby 500k he probably got back 50k a year for the past 8 years maybe hes owed 100k from the original number . ASll of these guys have been getting royalty checks for years .

really hard to believe this many people wouldn't figure out that their is no easy way to make money.
When something sounds to good to be true there is a good reason.
Sad part is it shows the sport has more troubles than the public actually understands.
