Like he' claims in the video, he doesn't care he's "untouchable". He doesn't care because his only assets are the clothes on his back. Untouchable might be a stretch because if he's looking for three squares a day, He'll fuck the wrong person over and that's where he'll end up. I don't personally Know the guy, nor have I ever had an encounter with him. But those credible people that I do know that have had issues with him. The circumstances were all to familiar. I still don't know what backdoor strategy Blutarsky had, trying to either influence or gain influence with the parody of errors.
