With the addition of the 5 claimers going for 4500.00 i would assume Nick Surick and his 4 claimers cant be far behind .

hey can't we all just get along.... bobby's got a big weekend he's prepping for at M1. Tonight he will be getting ignored by sluts half his age on the roof top and tomorrow he will be scoring with the rubber ponies trackside . Remember though.... he could PAY TO PLAY tonight and score with the Benett beast from the Ledford threat.... enjoy that choruslone

4 claimed at meadowlands is a real shame

However it's better watching them race on the mile than on the half

What would you gentlemen suggest they do?

Simple answer: CLOSE THEIR DOORS! This is supposed to be the premier harness track in North America. If this is the best, what hope is there for the industry? All we keep hearing from the kosher pickle fans is the handle and the best drivers. With the handle they have, ownership keeps losing money. As far as the drivers, will Tetrick, Dave Miller, Gingras, etc., be there once the so called "championship meet " is over? They also have regular drivers like Joey Bonghit, Steve Smith, Vinnie Ginsburg, etc., who would never be allowed within a 50 mile radius of the track when it was "actually" the Meadowlands. If the premier track can not attract the premier horses, how can it be called a premier track?

       Sincerely, Silent One

Here is a novel idea,

How about letting the people that want to bet on the Meadowlands bet on them???

And the people that don't want to bet the product, don't bet the product!!!

Brilliant! But unfortunately that won't silence the usual detractors.
