Because that is 3 months away and he doesn't have conflicts early on . Plus Josh Marks is sending some up there that Jimmy is going to drive , he lives only 2 hours from there as well. Greg Merton being the top guy will be no impediment . Jimmy was born up there he will get plenty of live work hopefully the purses are inflated as well.
